According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Arkansas counties, in April 2020, among all of Arkansas's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Pine Bluff city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (74.85%), followed by Forrest City city (67.53%), and West Memphis city (62.72%).
