According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Iowa counties, in April 2020, among all of Iowa's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Waterloo city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (16.10%), followed by Coralville city (11.78%), and Davenport city (10.47%).
