According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Kentucky counties, in April 2020, among all of Kentucky's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Shively city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (53.14%), followed by Louisville city (30.00%), and Hopkinsville city (29.51%).
