According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for South Carolina counties, in April 2020, among all of South Carolina's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Orangeburg city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (75.60%), followed by Dentsville CDP (66.89%), and St. Andrews CDP (62.92%).
