According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski County had the highest population density per square mile (526.34 people per sqr mile), followed by Benton County (335.41 people per sqr mile), and Washington County (261.16 people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest population density (7.54 people per sqr mile), followed by Newton County (8.80 people per sqr mile), and Dallas County (9.71 people per sqr mile).
