According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Colorado counties, Denver County had the highest population density per square mile (4.67K people per sqr mile), followed by Broomfield County (2.25K people per sqr mile), and Arapahoe County (821.03 people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Hinsdale County had the lowest population density (0.71 people per sqr mile), followed by Kiowa County (0.82 people per sqr mile), and Jackson County (0.86 people per sqr mile).
