According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Indiana counties, Marion County had the highest population density per square mile (2.46K people per sqr mile), followed by Lake County (999.94 people per sqr mile), and Hamilton County (881.05 people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Benton County had the lowest population density (21.45 people per sqr mile), followed by Warren County (23.14 people per sqr mile), and Pulaski County (28.86 people per sqr mile).
