According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Minnesota counties, Ramsey County had the highest population density per square mile (3.63K people per sqr mile), followed by Hennepin County (2.31K people per sqr mile), and Anoka County (862.37 people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Lake of the Woods County had the lowest population density (2.90 people per sqr mile), followed by Kittson County (3.83 people per sqr mile), and Cook County (3.86 people per sqr mile).
