According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all New Hampshire counties, Hillsborough County had the highest population density per square mile (482.52 people per sqr mile), followed by Rockingham County (451.80 people per sqr mile), and Strafford County (356.19 people per sqr mile).
On the other hand, Coos County had the lowest population density (17.42 people per sqr mile), followed by Grafton County (53.33 people per sqr mile), and Carroll County (53.77 people per sqr mile).
