According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest population density per square mile (2.77K people per sqr mile), followed by Franklin County (2.49K people per sqr mile), and Hamilton County (2.05K people per sqr mile).
On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest population density (29.37 people per sqr mile), followed by Vinton County (31.04 people per sqr mile), and Morgan County (33.14 people per sqr mile).
