According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Oregon counties, Multnomah County had the highest population density per square mile (1.89K people per sqr mile), followed by Washington County (828.93 people per sqr mile), and Marion County (292.88 people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Harney County had the lowest population density (0.74 people per sqr mile), followed by Wheeler County (0.85 people per sqr mile), and Lake County (1.00 people per sqr mile).
