According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Texas counties, Dallas County had the highest population density per square mile (2.99K people per sqr mile), followed by Harris County (2.77K people per sqr mile), and Tarrant County (2.44K people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Loving County had the lowest population density (0.10 people per sqr mile), followed by Kenedy County (0.24 people per sqr mile), and King County (0.29 people per sqr mile).
