According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Utah counties, Salt Lake County had the highest population density per square mile (1.60K people per sqr mile), followed by Davis County (1.21K people per sqr mile), and Weber County (455.03 people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest population density (0.98 people per sqr mile), followed by Wayne County (1.01 people per sqr mile), and Daggett County (1.34 people per sqr mile).
