According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all New Mexico counties, McKinley County had the highest voting-age population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (40.47K), followed by San Juan County (35.46K), and Bernalillo County (28.59K).
