According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the New Rochelle City, NY voting-age population of 63,189 people, 46.42% of them (29,335 people) identified their race as White Alone, 19.31% of them (12,200 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 17.43% of them (11,017 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
