Tensas Parish had the highest death rate (21.4), followed by Bienville Parish (20.94), and Catahoula Parish (20.38). On the other hand, Ascension Parish had the lowest death rate (7.69), followed by St. Charles Parish (9.13), and Plaquemines Parish (9.79).
