According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the death rate for Nevada was 9.05. Mineral County had the highest death rate (21.25), followed by Nye County (18.15), and Carson City (14.05). On the other hand, Esmeralda County had the lowest death rate (4.56), followed by Eureka County (5.79), and Elko County (6.4).
