According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of deaths for Ohio was 124,094, and the top three counties that had the highest number of deaths were:

  1. Cuyahoga County: 14,214
  2. Franklin County: 10,186
  3. Hamilton County: 8,295

On the other hand, the top 3 counties that had the lowest number of deaths were:

  1. Noble County: 140
  2. Vinton County: 155
  3. Morgan County: 180
