Madison County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (2,615), followed by Jefferson County (2,559), and Mobile County (1,439). On the other hand, Cherokee County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (12), followed by Greene County (14), and Washington County (20).
