Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 34,915 people that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone in Ohio and they represented 0.30% of the total population of Ohio in 2012. Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (9,583), followed by Franklin County (6,224), and Lorain County (2,747). On the other hand, Noble County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (0), followed by Vinton County (2), and Monroe County (2).
