Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 991,135 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in North Carolina and they represented 9.15% of the total population of North Carolina in 2023. Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (147,968), followed by Wake County (108,833), and Forsyth County (45,767). On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (136), followed by Graham County (158), and Bertie County (260).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Duplin County had the highest percentage (19.31%), followed by Lee County (18.57%), and Sampson County (17.58%).
