Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (147,968), followed by Wake County (108,833), and Forsyth County (45,767). On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (136), followed by Graham County (158), and Bertie County (260).
