Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 106,332 people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Alaska and they represented 14.43% of the total population of Alaska in 2014. Anchorage Borough had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (22,802), followed by Bethel Borough (14,848), and Kusilvak Borough (7,506). On the other hand, Skagway Borough had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (50), followed by Denali Borough (83), and Yakutat City and Borough (239).
