Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 226,287 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Minnesota and they represented 4.23% of the total population of Minnesota in 2011. Hennepin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (76,292), followed by Ramsey County (63,582), and Dakota County (18,074). On the other hand, Traverse County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (5), followed by Red Lake County (5), and Mahnomen County (5).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Ramsey County had the highest percentage (12.33%), followed by Hennepin County (6.52%), and Scott County (5.86%).
