Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 83,093 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Utah and they represented 2.53% of the total population of Utah in 2020. Salt Lake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (51,630), followed by Utah County (11,661), and Davis County (7,185). On the other hand, Rich County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (2), followed by Daggett County (4), and Piute County (7).
