Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 5,480,095 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Georgia and they represented 51.06% of the total population of Georgia in 2020. Fulton County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (414,064), followed by Cobb County (382,582), and Gwinnett County (322,110). On the other hand, Taliaferro County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (601), followed by Clay County (1,010), and Quitman County (1,079).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Fannin County had the highest percentage (93.99%), followed by Union County (93.59%), and Towns County (93.4%).
