Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 4,858,972 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Missouri and they represented 81.04% of the total population of Missouri in 2010. St. Louis County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (688,018), followed by Jackson County (427,745), and St. Charles County (322,457). On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,098), followed by Mercer County (3,668), and Knox County (4,019).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Osage County had the highest percentage (98.37%), followed by Schuyler County (98.24%), and Gentry County (98.02%).
