Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 9,233,458 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Ohio and they represented 79.33% of the total population of Ohio in 2016. Franklin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (813,164), followed by Cuyahoga County (744,012), and Hamilton County (533,396). On the other hand, Vinton County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (12,590), followed by Morgan County (13,619), and Monroe County (13,715).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Holmes County had the highest percentage (97.89%), followed by Monroe County (97.3%), and Perry County (96.87%).
