Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 222,587 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Idaho and they represented 12.70% of the total population of Idaho in 2018.

Canyon County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (56,722), followed by Ada County (39,348), and Bonneville County (15,472). On the other hand, Camas County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (72), followed by Butte County (125), and Adams County (180).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Clark County had the highest percentage (43.43%), followed by Jerome County (36.74%), and Minidoka County (35.13%).
