Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 253,170 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Idaho and they represented 13.29% of the total population of Idaho in 2021.

Canyon County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (62,538), followed by Ada County (48,582), and Bonneville County (18,110). On the other hand, Camas County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (76), followed by Lewis County (153), and Butte County (168).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Jerome County had the highest percentage (38.3%), followed by Clark County (37.83%), and Minidoka County (36.62%).
