Hennepin County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (97,588), followed by Ramsey County (44,802), and Dakota County (38,072). On the other hand, Lake of the Woods County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (80), followed by Clearwater County (81), and Kittson County (100).
