Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 370,711 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Minnesota and they represented 6.46% of the total population of Minnesota in 2023.

Hennepin County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (98,839), followed by Ramsey County (45,329), and Dakota County (39,520). On the other hand, Lake of the Woods County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (72), followed by Clearwater County (94), and Kittson County (118).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Nobles County had the highest percentage (34.66%), followed by Watonwan County (30.6%), and Kandiyohi County (14.64%).
