Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 452,421 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Oregon and they represented 11.79% of the total population of Oregon in 2010.

Washington County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (83,697), followed by Multnomah County (80,365), and Marion County (77,002). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (67), followed by Gilliam County (93), and Sherman County (101).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Malheur County had the highest percentage (31.7%), followed by Morrow County (31.46%), and Hood River County (29.57%).
