Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 492,355 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Oregon and they represented 12.42% of the total population of Oregon in 2014.

Washington County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (90,890), followed by Multnomah County (86,424), and Marion County (83,078). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (76), followed by Sherman County (105), and Gilliam County (132).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Morrow County had the highest percentage (34.53%), followed by Malheur County (32.77%), and Hood River County (30.96%).
