Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 433,750 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Utah and they represented 13.98% of the total population of Utah in 2017.

Salt Lake County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (207,610), followed by Utah County (71,201), and Weber County (45,920). On the other hand, Daggett County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (37), followed by Piute County (108), and Rich County (152).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Salt Lake County had the highest percentage (18.26%), followed by Weber County (18.26%), and Wasatch County (13.24%).
