Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 447,226 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Utah and they represented 14.17% of the total population of Utah in 2018.

Salt Lake County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (212,404), followed by Utah County (74,323), and Weber County (47,299). On the other hand, Daggett County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (40), followed by Piute County (107), and Rich County (152).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Weber County had the highest percentage (18.52%), followed by Salt Lake County (18.49%), and Wasatch County (13.71%).
