Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 183,978 people in Iowa who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 88.63% (163,057) identified their race as White, 3.81% (7,011) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native, and 3.50% (6,440) identified their race as Two Or More Races .
