Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 315,834 people in Kansas who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 88.92% (280,833) identified their race as White, 3.44% (10,869) identified their race as Two Or More Races , and 3.38% (10,689) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native.
