According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2016, the net domestic migration for Idaho was 18,550. Ada County had the highest net domestic migration (8,309) followed by Kootenai County (3,255), and Canyon County (2,715). On the other hand, Bannock County had the lowest net domestic migration (-403), followed by Latah County (-247), and Cassia County (-208).
