According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net domestic migration for Kentucky was -750. Boone County had the highest net domestic migration (838) followed by Warren County (821), and Scott County (816). On the other hand, Jefferson County had the lowest net domestic migration (-3,687), followed by Fayette County (-715), and Campbell County (-463).
