According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration for Kentucky was 8,965. Madison County had the highest net domestic migration (1,407) followed by Bullitt County (1,029), and Warren County (909). On the other hand, Jefferson County had the lowest net domestic migration (-5,371), followed by Fayette County (-2,644), and Christian County (-863).
