According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net domestic migration for Maine was 17,304. York County had the highest net domestic migration (3,266) followed by Cumberland County (2,137), and Androscoggin County (1,669). On the other hand, Aroostook County had the lowest net domestic migration (309), followed by Washington County (337), and Waldo County (460).
