According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the net international migration for Arkansas was 3,620. Pulaski County had the highest net international migration (894) followed by Benton County (715), and Washington County (682). On the other hand, Miller County had the lowest net international migration (-12), followed by Sevier County (-5), and Ashley County (-5).
