According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net international migration for Arkansas was 2,503. Washington County had the highest net international migration (612) followed by Benton County (606), and Pulaski County (460). On the other hand, Sevier County had the lowest net international migration (-25), followed by Miller County (-19), and Greene County (-9).
