According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2011, the net international migration for Louisiana was 7,235. Jefferson Parish had the highest net international migration (1,777) followed by East Baton Rouge Parish (973), and Orleans Parish (863). On the other hand, Washington Parish had the lowest net international migration (-4), followed by Plaquemines Parish (-3), and Webster Parish (-2).
