According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net international migration for South Dakota was 638. Minnehaha County had the highest net international migration (320) followed by Brookings County (110), and Beadle County (78). On the other hand, Lincoln County had the lowest net international migration (-19), followed by Meade County (-15), and Oglala Lakota County (-5).
