According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net international migration for South Dakota was 1,856. Minnehaha County had the highest net international migration (800) followed by Brookings County (239), and Beadle County (148). On the other hand, Oglala Lakota County had the lowest net international migration (-2), followed by Stanley County (-1), and Miner County (-1).
