According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the net international migration for Virginia was 39,097. Fairfax County had the highest net international migration (11,849) followed by Prince William County (3,092), and Loudoun County (2,560). On the other hand, Franklin County had the lowest net international migration (-9), followed by Galax city (-5), and Clarke County (-5).
