According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net migration for Oregon was 12,487. Clackamas County had the highest net migration (3,565) followed by Deschutes County (3,534), and Multnomah County (2,770). On the other hand, Benton County had the lowest net migration (-677), followed by Umatilla County (-619), and Union County (-328).

Net migration for a county refers to the difference between the number of migrants, both domestic and international, moving to the county and those leaving the county. Or to put it simply, the net migration for a given county is the inbound migration minus the outbound migration for that county.
