According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Utah was 7.13. Washington County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (30.63), followed by Iron County (30.11), and Wasatch County (28.57). On the other hand, Daggett County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-25.05), followed by Wayne County (-18.3), and Duchesne County (-7.8).
