Washington County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (50.87), followed by Iron County (43.41), and Kane County (39.8). On the other hand, Salt Lake County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-6.85), followed by Carbon County (-4.55), and San Juan County (-3.93).
